Top of the Astera is a single, one-of-one residence — billed as the first villa conceived to sit in the sky, with interiors designed by Aston Martin. Crowning The Astera tower on Al Marjan Island, it carries the British marque's design language indoors: bespoke furnishings and leather-and-polished-metal detailing drawn from the brand's automotive craftsmanship. Completion is currently indicated for Q4 2028. As the only residence of its kind in the building, it is offered as a singular trophy home rather than part of a standard release.
