A visionary entrepreneur and seasoned leader with over forty years of cross-industry expertise — spanning consumer electronics, e-commerce, and real estate. As Founder & Managing Partner of Briza Realty LLC, Mahesh combines technical acumen with strategic foresight to deliver considered property solutions in Dubai's competitive market. His career is marked by resilience, adaptability, and a relentless drive for excellence.

Education

Master's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

Early career

Began at Philips India (1981–1983), contributing to product innovation in consumer electronics.

Entrepreneurial journey

Founded Digital Shoppy Newcom Limited (1983–present), pioneering India's organized electronics retail sector and transitioning it into e-commerce.

Defined Briza's mission, strategic direction, and core values from inception. Leads global outreach — representing the firm in BNI Konnectors and investor forums across India, the UK, and the US.

A strategic innovator with fifteen-plus years of cross-industry expertise spanning real estate, management consulting, AI-driven digital transformation, and academia. As Founder & Designated Partner of Vasireddy Realty Development LLP, Pavan combines technical acumen with agile methodologies to deliver thoughtful property solutions. His career is defined by excellence in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and driving growth across global enterprises.

Education

PhD in Customer Knowledge Management from the University of Bolton, UK. UK Scholarship recipient and recognised for teaching excellence at Bolton.

Early career

Oracle Financials Administrator at the University of Oxford (2007–2009), specialising in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.

At Vasireddy & Briza

Founded and scaled Vasireddy Realty Development LLP. Pioneered global partnerships with top UAE firms and counterparts in London and India. Led AI platform development at Accenture to enhance predictive analytics for risk management.

A finance transformation leader and strategic advisor with over twenty years driving growth, operational excellence, and digital enablement at global innovators including DocuSign, LinkedIn, and Cisco. Co-Founder & COO of RevOptic in Santa Clara, where he helps enterprises modernize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle — deal governance, revenue recognition, forecasting, analytics, and compliance. At Briza Realty, Rakesh brings the same financial rigor and data-driven mindset to real estate, ensuring every client decision is grounded in predictable returns and strong governance.

MBA, Texas A&M University–Commerce. Specialization in finance, strategy, and enterprise transformation.

Current role

Co-Founder & COO at RevOptic (formerly Ayara) — building scalable AI-driven revenue and finance platforms for CFOs, CROs, and RevOps leaders.

Twenty-plus years of finance transformation and enterprise systems leadership at DocuSign, LinkedIn, and Cisco — leading global initiatives across strategy, operations, and digital enablement.
