The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin

The Astera brings Aston Martin's design language to the shoreline of Al Marjan Island — the British marque's first branded beach residences in the GCC, developed by Dar Global. Every interior is shaped by the same obsession with proportion, materials and finish that defines the carmaker's work, translated into a collection of seafront homes where the detailing is meant to be felt as much as seen.

Set on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the 19-storey development looks out over the Arabian Gulf and the new Wynn resort, with direct beach access at its base. You can choose from 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences and a limited run of 3-bedroom beach villas, each delivered with high-end kitchen appliances and reserved parking. Dubai is roughly an hour away by road, and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport around 30 minutes.

Residents have an infinity pool and pool bar, a spa, sauna, fitness centre, indoor cinema, yoga lawn, kids' play area and a beach clubhouse. Completion is expected in Q4 2028, with homes held freehold and open to buyers of any nationality.
