Sobha Reserve

Sobha Reserve is a low-density villa community set across roughly 3.47 million sq ft in Wadi Al Safa 2, Dubailand. Around a quarter of the masterplan is given over to landscaped green space, including tree-lined walkways and a walkable forest, which gives the development a notably more open and private feel than higher-density parts of the city.
