Samana Resorts is an off-plan apartment development in Dubai Production City (IMPZ), a mid-market, well-connected district away from the higher-priced waterfront communities. The project is a 19-storey building (plus three basement levels) offering studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with several one-bedroom variants including store and maid's-room configurations.

In keeping with Samana's signature approach, each apartment includes its own private pool deck off the living space — a feature offered across the range, including studios.
