Samana Greenfield

Samana Greenfield is an off-plan residential tower in Warsan 4, part of International City Phase 2 in eastern Dubai. The development comprises roughly 304 apartments across 14 residential floors above podium and basement parking levels, offering 1- and 2-bedroom layouts aimed at both end-users and investors.

The project's defining feature is its "Flexible Homes" concept: select layouts are designed so a one-bedroom unit can be reconfigured into a two-bedroom, letting the home adapt as needs change. Kitchens are fitted with German appliances, and each unit includes a dedicated parking space. (Note: unlike many Samana projects, Greenfield's homes do not include private in-apartment pools — pool facilities here are communal.)

Residents have access to a leisure pool deck, separate adult and kids' pools, a jacuzzi, an outdoor cinema, a gym with wellness facilities, a children's play area and day-care, and a BBQ area. The Warsan location offers direct highway access, with Expo City Dubai and Dubai Safari Park around 10–15 minutes away and Downtown Dubai roughly 20–25 minutes by car.
