Painite Villas, Inspired by Automobili Lamborghini

The Painite Villas are the flagship of Tierra Viva, and the only homes in the south of Spain built around a private Sky Car Lift engineered with Automobili Lamborghini technology. A glass-domed elevator carries your supercar between both levels of the villa and frames it as the centrepiece of the living space, while the interiors are crafted throughout in Lamborghini's design language: floor-to-ceiling glass, marble, and finishes that echo the marque's supercars.

The villa itself runs to six en-suite bedrooms across expansive, light-filled floors, opening onto roof terraces, a private infinity pool, and landscaped gardens. Inside you'll find a home cinema, sauna and steam rooms, and a wine cellar, every room positioned to take in uninterrupted panoramas of the Mediterranean from the Benahavís hills.

Set within the gated Tierra Viva community at Los Jaralillos, the villas are minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banús and a dozen surrounding golf clubs, with 24/7 security throughout. Completion is expected in mid-2028.
