Tierra Viva by Lamborghini

Tierra Viva is Dar Global's first branded residence in Spain, created in direct collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini, the marque's design language of angular geometry, dramatic material contrasts and high-performance precision carried through the architecture, interiors and landscape of every villa. It is one of only a handful of Lamborghini-designed residential projects in the world.

Set on the hillsides of Benahavís above the Costa del Sol, minutes from Puerto Banús and Marbella, the villas are positioned at staggered elevations so each enjoys uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean. The limited collection comes in three forms: the four-bedroom Esmeralda, the five-bedroom Zafiro and the six-bedroom Diamante, with a premium Painite villa featuring a private car lift. Each home includes a private infinity pool, rooftop terrace, home cinema, spa with sauna and steam, and a private elevator.

A gated enclave with premium 24/7 security and concierge service, Tierra Viva is scheduled for completion in June 2028. As an EU property, it is also eligible for Spain's residency-by-investment route.
