DG1

DG1 is the work of Gensler — one of the most influential architecture firms in the world — and it doesn't read like a conventional tower. Its twisting, sculptural profile reshapes the skyline around it and gives every floor a different perspective on the city, while the interiors are finished to a genuinely premium standard.

The tower stands directly on the Dubai Water Canal in the heart of Business Bay, with Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall all close by. Expect floor-to-ceiling windows framing canal and skyline views, and quick access to Sheikh Zayed Road for the rest of the city.

Residences run from one to three bedrooms — the larger three-bedroom homes include a maid's room — and residents share an infinity pool, sky garden, state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio and landscaped podium. Dar Global lists an expected completion of December 2027.
