Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai

Developed by Dar Global in partnership with The Trump Organization, this is the first Trump International Hotel and the first Trump-branded residences in the Middle East. The residence interiors draw on the design language of the landmark Trump Tower penthouse in New York — soaring ceilings, bespoke finishes, and floor-to-ceiling glass that makes the view the centrepiece of every home.

Rising around 80 storeys on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower sits at the threshold of Downtown Dubai, the DIFC and the Dubai World Trade Centre. The private residences occupy the upper floors, each oriented toward the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai skyline or the Arabian Gulf. Owners enjoy the building's signature feature — the highest outdoor pool in the world — alongside a residents' gym, an owners' lounge and a children's play area.

The collection spans one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom duplex sky-pool penthouses, with residents able to apply for membership of the Trump Members-Only Club. Expected completion is Q4 2031.
