Azizi Raffi is a single mid-rise residential building in Al Furjan West, offering studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Sizes run from compact studios of around 325 sq ft up to three-bedroom homes of roughly 1,494 sq ft, keeping individuals and families within one address rather than across a sprawling masterplan.

The location is the project's main practical draw. Al Furjan Metro Station is roughly a 7–10 minute drive, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) puts Dubai Marina, JBR and Expo City within easy reach. Ibn Battuta Mall, IKEA, schools such as The Arbor School and Arcadia Global School, and several nurseries sit nearby, which is why the area reads as a practical, established family community rather than a new frontier.
