DAMAC Islands is DAMAC's original island-themed master community in Dubailand, set over roughly 30 million sq ft within the Dubai Land Residence Complex and built around six tropical-island clusters — Maldives, Bora Bora, Bali, Seychelles, Hawaii and Fiji. It sits along Emirates Road near Sun City and Cherrywoods, with Global Village and IMG Worlds within about a 20-minute drive.

The available stock here is the later-released clusters: Bali, Bora Bora, Maldives, Fiji and Seychelles. The current entry point is a single 4-bedroom townhouse (around 2,208 sq ft built-up on a 1,550 sq ft plot), with the bulk of remaining inventory being 5-bedroom villas of roughly 3,178–3,477 sq ft built-up on plots of about 2,354–2,981 sq ft. Larger 6-bedroom villas exist elsewhere in the masterplan but are not in the current availability list.

This is an off-plan purchase with freehold title open to all nationalities and Golden Visa eligibility at this price point. Unlike the eco-focused second phase, phase 1 leans into resort-and-adventure amenities — an aqua park, jungle river, lagoon waterfalls and water-play zones.
