Samana Imperial Garden is an off-plan, low-rise residential building in Arjan (Al Barsha South 3), one of Dubai's emerging mid-market communities. The project offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, with sizes spanning roughly 377 to 1,256 sq ft across configurations. It sits within five to ten minutes of Dubai Miracle Garden, the Butterfly Garden and Circle Mall, with Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai and Mall of the Emirates reachable in 10–20 minutes via E311 and D63.
