DAMAC Islands 2

DAMAC Islands 2 is the second phase of DAMAC's island-themed master community in Dubailand, a 20-million-sq-ft development of 4-bedroom townhouses and 4–5-bedroom villas arranged across clusters named for the world's tropical escapes. Current broker inventory spans seven released islands — Bahamas, Tahiti, Bermuda, Barbados, Cuba, Maui and Antigua — with Mauritius marketed but not yet on the broker list.

The community is built around five eco-living pillars: nature, wellness, adventure, social and cultural. Homes open toward landscaped lagoons and a golf island, with amenities ranging from a botanic garden and healing spa to canopy walks, eco-lodge dining and a solar-powered mobility park. The 4-bedroom townhouses (≈2,186 sq ft built-up, ~1,550 sq ft plots) are the entry product; the 5-bedroom villas run larger, up to ~3,492 sq ft built-up on plots as large as ~3,080 sq ft.

For investors, units priced above AED 2M qualify for the 10-year Golden Visa, and the freehold title is open to all nationalities. Handover is currently targeted for 2030 — confirm the exact quarter with the developer before publishing.
