Sobha Hartland II — Skyscape

Skyscape is a cluster of three residential towers — Altius, Aura and Avenue — set within Sobha Hartland II in Dubai's MBR City. The towers rise to varying heights, with Altius among the tallest, and the homes are oriented to capture views across the community lagoon toward the Downtown Dubai skyline and Ras Al Khor.

The collection runs from one-bedroom apartments through to three-bedroom layouts, with half-bedroom configurations (1.5 and 2.5 BR) in between. Interiors feature floor-to-ceiling glazing, and most homes include a balcony. Amenity decks across the towers add pools, an indoor and outdoor gym, wellness areas and landscaped gardens.
