A 30-minute briefing call — usually on Zoom or WhatsApp. We listen first: your objectives, your timeline, your prior real estate experience. No pitch. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what's possible in Dubai and whether we're the right firm to advise you.

Frequently. Many of our clients are buying outside their home country for the first time. We handle the unfamiliar parts — UAE banking introductions, Golden Visa coordination, tax structure, repatriation — so your first transaction has the same clarity as your tenth.

No fixed minimum, but Dubai's strongest opportunities — and the AED 2M Golden Visa threshold — typically place our advisory work in the AED 1M+ range. We're happy to discuss smaller positions where the strategy is clear.

As authorized channel partners with 30+ Dubai developers, our fee is paid by the developer on completed transactions — not by you. Pricing to the buyer is the same as buying direct. Our advisory across post-sale, leasing, and resale is included in the long-term relationship.

Yes. Our founders travel quarterly between Dubai, India, London, and the Bay Area. If a city visit aligns with your timeline, we'll arrange an in-person meeting. Most clients start on Zoom and meet us in Dubai later for property previews.
